Which days are you open?

We are open Monday to Saturday, 08:00 to 23:00. The salon is closed on Sundays.

Do you accept male clients?

No. Our salon serves female clients only.

Can I come without an appointment?

You can, but you may have to wait during busy hours. Booking online reserves the time for you.

Do I choose the stylist?

Yes. At the fourth step you pick Mehmet Kaplan or Ilyas Tepe, and the slot is blocked in that person's calendar.

How long does colouring take?

A root touch-up takes about two hours; highlights and balayage can take up to three. The booking system reserves that time automatically.
